It is true that intimacy and relationship are two very different
words. They have different meanings and present totally
different concepts. The tie that binds them to each other,
however, is the fact that a relationship needs intimacy to
survive. Intimacy is the substance which enables the people
involved in a relationship to enjoy each other all the more.

Intimacy is defined as the condition of being private or
personal. This encompasses everything that involves close
association or familiarity. Two people are intimate when they
are able to share with each other the innermost and most
essential parts of themselves without any kind of inhibition. It
is only through creating intimacy that two people are able to
know each other through and through.

The inability of people involved in relationships to create
intimacy results to the creation of distance. This is the reason
why creating intimacy is important even from the start. How to
create intimacy is something that each and every person involved
in a relationship should know how to do, for creating intimacy
is the foundation that would forge the connection between two
people n a relationship more strongly than ever.

Creating intimacy involves consistent attention for one another
and the relationship itself. It also involves respect for each

Because creating intimacy means creating familiarity and

lot, and acceptance of each other’s personality and
characteristics would foster an understanding between the two of
them like no other.

To create intimacy, people in a relationship should also have an
understanding of how their families of origin would affect the
relationship itself. This is essential, too, in understanding
the behavior of each other in connection with the atmosphere he
or she grew up in. Then again, it is important for partners to
take time to listen to what each other thinks and feels. Living
in the present and envisioning a life together in the future
would create chemistry that they could both use to become not as
separate individuals but as a team ready to battle all odds
together.

Lastly, it is always important for people concerned about
creating intimacy to promote the personal growth of one another.
It should always be remembered that those involved in
relationships are there to complement each other in every way.
The relationship is the medium which enables people to learn
this simple truth. Creating intimacy means sharing one’s own
person with his or her partner the best possible way.

People’s inability to create intimacy in any kind of
relationship creates distance, the worm capable of eating the
union slowly away. It is always important for those involved in
relationships to try their best efforts to create intimacy,
because it is what would keep the flame burning for quite a
while.

Success is what you are prepared to make of yourself every
single day. That one cold morning when you want to roll over but
instead get up and go to workout, is a defining moment. Success
boosts self-confidence and is self perpetuating. We all know it,
thrive on it and love it. Failure on the other hand is perceived
as a stressful, negative experience. It means challenge,
difficulties, not knowing or worst of all defeat. It affects our
self-esteem negatively, builds upon itself and could become a
pattern. It could mean a threat to our survival. So we have an
aversion to it. We dislike failure. Well, did you know that
failure like stress is actually good for you? Out of the trial
and error, the grueling and rigorous demands of trying and
failing we humans learned what worked to survive. Failure is
something we as humans need to encounter for new growth and
creative changes - uprisings. Failure causes us to reassess,
reevaluate, and start again. Out of necessity we learn to take
risks, and think “outside the box”. Failure is the fertile soil
from which seeds burst and blossom. Failure challenges our will
to survive. Did you know that no stress is absolutely the worst
of all stressors. Stress is like body temperature: if it’s too
low or too high, you can’t survive, but the right balance can
keep you going strong. It makes sense to use stress energy
positively, to meet life’s challenges. Stress is not all bad.
Yes, you may fail. This is life. Life’s winners accept that in
trying they may have to adjust and even start again and again.
The difference between successful people and others is not
whether you make mistakes or even temporarily fail, but how you
respond. So how does this apply to your workouts? Expect more of
yourself. Set higher standards! This sets you up for failure. Of
course you can’t reach that next higher level immediately.
You’ll keep trying and failing until you do. In the meantime
when you don’t meet them, ask yourself did I try my best? Did I
give it my all? If your answer is yes then, yes you failed and
you yes you failed successfully! Now you’ll be a step closer to
that new fitness level. You’ll get healthier and fitter and at
the same time toughen yourself psychologically and emotionally
to handle the dreaded Failure.

With more and more people buying cell phones, it becomes more significant to know how to use your cell phone without looking obnoxious. Cell phones play an important role in our lives, but cell phone rage, like road rage, air rage and general rage is rising. Here are some tips for cell phone etiquette.

Out with a group of friend(s) and your cell phone rings? Excuse yourself from the group and take the call elsewhere. Taking the call elsewhere will not disrupt the flow of conversation within the group.

With a friend and the cell phone rings? Keep the call short and sweet. Otherwise, it gives the appearance that the friend you are with is less important that the caller.

Out on a date? The point of the date is to be able to spend time to get to know the other person. I would suggest that you disregard such calls. The romance is lost by the sound of the ringtones of your cell phone. Your date will appreciate your undivided attention.

It’s a good idea to put your cell phone on vibrate when in restaurants, theaters, churches, weddings and funerals. When I’m out in a restaurant, I feel like asking for the non cell phone ringing section. Like many others, it is not often do I get to spend a quiet evening away from the children, work or other distractions. An evening going out to dinner with my husband is supposed to be relaxing, and we do not enjoy being distracted overhearing how wonderful your life has become since you started using Viagra.

I was in a movie theater once and someone’s cell phone rang and the individual took the call. Someone else in the theater did not react well to the intrusive call and started shouting at the cell phone user. The cell phone user ignored the cell phone raged individual and the focus of the movie was lost and everyone’s attention was on these two people. While nothing came of the incident, a relaxing evening out with my husband was lost. I felt like asking for our money back. The next time we will.

There is no question that cell phones are an important part of our lives. Use cell phones with good manners. Everyone will appreciate it.

P.S. - As for ringtones… Not all people will appreciate listening to the latest pop tune or classical music each and every time your cell phone rings. May I suggest using the vibrate feature instead of your ringtones in a public place.

A GOOD MORNING OF CATFISHING There was a pleasant breeze on the
river as I headed my boat to the first fishing spot of the day. I
got my lines in the water at 07:15 in hole that was 40 feet deep.
No action in 20 minutes so I moved down river to my favorite spot
so far this season. I put the poles out at 07:40. At 07:50 got a
good solid bite on my skipjack bait. I picked up my rod as the
fish tightened up the line, hooked him good. It took a little
time to get the nice blue cat to the boat. He was 24 inches long
and weighed 6 pounds.

The next bite came at 08:10 as my rod started to bounce in the
rod holder. The moment I pulled back I realize he was a big fish
by the amount of pressure he exerted on the line. He just did not
want to come up off the bottom. Every time I made some progress
of a few yard he turn and head back down. I knew I had a strong
rod and 30 pound test line , I was just going to wait him out.
Sure enough after a gallant fight he surfaced. I was thrilled to
see this big Flathead at last. He was the 2nd largest Flathead
cat I had caught. This guy was 33 inches and the digital scale
said 17.4 pounds. That is a nice flathead by Cincinnati
standards. He was so long I was not able to hold him and get a
good photo of him. Once the picture was taken, he was return to
give another person the same thrill I enjoyed.

Then at 08:30 same pole’s clicker alerted me of a bite. I had to
wait on this guy to finally tighten up the line before could I
set the hook. This one was a nice fish but not as big as the
flathead. When I got him to the boat, he was a nice Channel cat.
As I was measuring him out in the boat, my other rod’s clicker
sounded off! I set the hook and knew this was a small fish. I did
not even need the dip net for this channel cat. I then finished
measuring the larger one, he was 6.5 pound and also 24 inches.
The small fry was only 18 inches and 2.5 pounds.

I checked out 3 other spots the rest of the morning and had only
2 other small bites. The Ohio River is exceptionally clear at
this time, with a slight current. The temperature was in the mid
70’s by the time I headed home.

4 catfish with a total weight of over 40 pounds in under 5 hours

1. Fire Up Your Desire to Learn with Fun

At its best, learning is a form of entertainment. Next time you walk down the toy aisle, notice how many ways the educational toys make learning fun. They use music, color, pictures and physical interaction. How much more interesting is that than sitting for an hour listening to an important but dull lecture? No wonder the really great educational toys are so popular.

Studying a topic that interests you shouldn’t require a double espresso to keep you from falling asleep. If that’s happening, you might have the wrong instructor. Who needs that? Seek out trainers who know how to deliver a message with punch. Not only will you enjoy it more, you’ll want to learn and you’ll retain more of the information.

In my training seminars and conferences, I strive to provide a one-of-a-kind learning experience. I educate with entertainment - music, games, contests and humor. It’s all connected to the topic I’m presenting, and the students’ brains just soak it up. In the process, their careers are reignited, and so is mine.
Education should be entertaining. Commit to having fun while you learn.

2. Keep the Flame of Learning Alive with Variety

Advanced learning is essential. So is brushing your teeth. But just because learning is essential to your career, doesn’t mean it has to be as monotonous as brushing your teeth.

Every day of my life I have fun reading at least one book and often have several open at one time. A few minutes of study on each book keeps my interest stimulated, I retain the material better and I often find myself synthesizing information from the various sources. I also listen to audio programs while driving. Not only is this a fun way to learn and improve myself, it also keeps me calmer and more relaxed in traffic. I tried watching videos, but that seemed to excite the other drivers.

No matter what the subject, you can find a variety of interesting ways to further your knowledge and expertise. Open a book. Listen to an audio presentation. Watch an educational video. Start a study group with other lifetime students.

The same principle applies to the teachers and mentors you learn from. Choose those who have something interesting to say and an interesting way of saying it. Don’t hesitate to have more than one mentor with different experience and teaching styles for different subjects. While one-on-one personalized mentoring is ideal, you’ll find a world of varied and specific information presented by excellent speakers on audio and video. The varied approaches will enable you to better absorb each subject from the most appropriate teacher and will keep you stimulated and eager to learn.

Learning shouldn’t lull you to sleep. Commit to learning from a variety of teachers and choose the learning modes that keep you excited about learning every day.

3. Seek Out Teachers from the Trenches Who Make Learning Fast and Easy

In all my years of education, I’ve discovered that there are basically two ways to learn:

You can choose the hard way, figuring things out on your own by trial and error and making lots of mistakes. You’ll do some of this anyway, but it’s a slow path to success.

OR you can choose the easy way, learning from mentors who have already overcome any challenge you might encounter and already discovered the solution. The right mentor is eager to share those answers with you and set you on a smoother, easier road to knowledge.The best continuing education is immediate and applicable. Going back to college is not the way to change your life’s work. Your best bet is to seek the fast-track education route to business success. You want a nontraditional program designed specifically to deliver the information you need in a form you can use immediately.

All teachers and training programs are not created equal. Learning shouldn’t have to be an uphill struggle. Commit to finding the wildly successful teachers and targeted training programs that can make the process fast and easy for you.

4. Be Willing to Learn from Anyone and Everyone

Never fall into the trap of educational snobbery - “Oh, I have my MBA, JD, PhD, etc., etc. - I couldn’t possibly learn from a secretary.”

I’m open to learning from anyone. Four times a year, 20+ Institute staff members (www.LegalNurse.com) of all levels plus outside consultants gather around our big conference table for a focused, all-day brainstorming session. We work hard on a number of strategically selected topics, and we include frequent breaks for eating and exercise to keep the day interesting and fun. These brainstorm sessions have contributed tremendously to the phenomenal growth of my business.

Not all CEOs agree with my egalitarian take on learning. When I recommended company-wide brainstorming to a CEO group I belonged to, all they saw was the cost of shutting down their businesses for the day. They didn’t understand that an idea from a $12-per-hour employee could launch a new division, service or product, adding tremendous value to the company for years to come.

You’ll find mentors in many guises, from business associates to family members, friends and colleagues. Although I’ve been in my business for more than two decades, I still learn every day - not only from recognized experts, but especially from my students and staff members, outside consultants and vendors, favorite writers and speakers, and other CEOs.

Learning possibilities aren’t limited to “learned” teachers or a classroom setting. Stay open to learning everywhere you go, from everyone you know.

5. Make Sure You Learn the Right Stuff

We ask college students, “What’s your major?” Life is a college of its own, and we all learn every day. The important question to ask yourself is: “Am I learning the things that will make a difference in my life or things that won’t enhance it at all?” For example, are you mastering techniques for expanding your professional skill set or absorbing the intimate details of the characters on a TV sitcom?

Successful people do not major in minor things. Massively successful people focus on learning the right things. Do you want to learn about the life of a movie star or about a topic that will make you the star of your own life?

To be excellent at learning, laser in on the topics you need to succeed. Where you focus is where you get results. If you want big results, focus on Big Things.

6. Make the Most of Every Learning Opportunity - Even Those Disguised as SNAFUs

Life is a learning smorgasbord. Try to learn from every experience, good or bad. Even in a crisis, you can always glean something positive.

I happened to be in New York City in August 2003 and experienced the blackout firsthand. I looked around me and studied others who survived this negative situation in different ways, from children to adults, from doctors to lawyers to hotdog vendors. Through my observations, I learned this lesson, “Don’t let a communication blackout come between you and your clients.” I then wrote an article about this business world application of a SNAFU, and made sure I applied this lesson to my own business.

Life is full of lessons, both large and small. A bad experience is only bad if you don’t learn from it. Commit to learning from each experience, even the “negative” ones.

7. Carve Out the Time for Learning

If continued education still sounds daunting, remember that you don’t need hours a day as you did in college. Commit to reading 30 minutes a day on a topic you find interesting and intriguing. Commit to listen to an audio program while driving or to watch an educational video while exercising.

You’ll also find appropriate classes and other informational material online and even on educational television. Just don’t get sucked into wasting irreplaceable time on the junk that prevails on these media. Subscribe to electronic newsletters that feed your learning in a focused way.

Like any journey, a lifetime of fun and learning starts with the smallest step. Commit to finding the time for learning wherever and whenever you can.

8. Make Learning a Lifetime Priority for Growth and Fun

In today’s information age, believing you can launch or grow a successfulbusiness or career without continuing education is a guarantee of failure. Successful people respect the complexity of their professions. They become students for life.

Researchers say most of us have learned 80% of everything we know by the time we’re eight years old, when we’re still enthralled by every new discovery. How sad is that? I don’t know about you, but I like to think I’m a lot smarter now than when I was eight.

Rekindle that childhood enthusiasm. Pick up a book today. Turn off the TV and tune in to an inspirational speaker. This is the best New Year’s resolution you can make for yourself.

Learning really is kid stuff. Commit to enjoying it. Start today. Be a child again.

ACQUISITION: The identification of electronic documents is only the first step for proper identification of website link with data base. Once identified, the second step that they have to follow to gather the relevant information for authentication of the electronic evidence as to judge the reliance of the evidence. They take care to collect relevant information for coming to right conclusion regarding the authenticity of e-documents. They take care to avoid tampering of record and to maintain defensible chain-of-custody. There are three critical procedural phases judging the reliance of the electronic evidence and its presentation before the court of laws. Computer forensics employs uses forensically tools, their written protocols and internal procedures ensure that their work product with stands scrutiny in all jurisdictions where it is going to be presented before the court.

RESTORATION: There are many hidden sources of electronic evidence that can not be retrieved without seeking the assistance of the authorities of foreign jurisdiction. Once information regarding the evidence existed out state jurisdiction gathered, document must have to follow the same procedure of as defined in acquire. Rather it is foreign jurisdiction or not, important information is not retrieved without tested forensic procedures and documentation. The computer forensics helps courts to avoid any unnecessary production of documents, while ensuring that potentially relevant documents are presented, including encrypted, compressed, and password-protected files, are presented before court properly.

SEARCHING: Another method is used is filtering of electronic database received in electronic discovery. While undergoing search of the electronic evidence, the computer forensics uses a variety of methods, tools and appropriate search technique to widows and other operating system for increasing reliability of electronic document to the court of law. The electronic forensics authorities are given number of powers in connect with assessing the reliance of the electronic and figuring out the hidden sources of evidence.

PRODUCTION: The production and admission before the court of law is primary function of these forensics authorities and the computer forensics produces legal documents of data to court by their certification. They are granted certification power by statute or they are working as independent autonomous bodies being famous for their impartial reports, they are often asked by court to give opinion about the electronic having agreed by both parties to suit. They produce copies of the data selected for review and offer recommendations and certification regarding the nature of electronic database to be viewed, organizes data as evidence.

VERIFICATION

The computer forensics perform number of function, one of them is offering detailed written certified reports and analyses to courts to just adjudication of matter. As being declared as “friend-of-the-court” by experts, they assists judges with the interpretation electronic evidence being presented in court proceedings and the testimony of other electronic discovery experts. The court often needs the opinion of these experts regarding the building of the electronic evidence and reliance. For getting appropriate and meeting the reliance standard, although careful attention to detail in the early stages of electronic discovery builds solid expert testimony. The real aim of computer forensics to assist the court in reaching just conclusion regarding production of data as evidence but in Pakistan we have not yet legislated on role of computer forensics as expert role for identification, production and its admission before the court of law.

Here need to encourage the computer forensics in Pakistan for getting accurate information for digital evidence. Their services can be obtained by contractual basis, or they can be incorporated in taxing authorities as confirming them special inspection power.

Currently no computer forensics authorities are running their business in Pakistan, reason may be, and no efforts are made to provide legal framework for establishment of certification authorities and to discuss the economic measures for their promotion. The specific amendment should be made to incorporate, computer forensics, proposed vigilance authority as part of the tax structure so that the avoidance of the tax can be minimized.

During the mid nineteen hundreds, an American breeder developed a cat breed that was so laid back and relaxed that it would hang limply like a cloth doll when people held it. This breed was developed from a Birman cat and a longhair cat with an unknown ancestry. The breeder called these cats the Ragdoll because of their calm, relaxed nature. Although the Cat Fancier’s Association did not recognize these first cats as the Ragdoll, their descendants became the gentle Ragdolls we know today.

This breed is one of the largest of the cat breeds, weighing between ten and twenty pounds. It is no surprise that such heavy cats have big, muscular bodies. Their heads are slightly round, their ears are small and rounded, and their large eyes are in a brilliant blue color. This breed’s tail is slightly bushy and tapers at the end.

The Ragdoll does not come in a wide range of colors and patterns. In fact, there are actually only four colors accepted by the Cat Fancier’s Association, Seal, Chocolate, Blue, and Lilac. You can find these colors in pointed, mitted, or bicolor patterns, but some breeders avoid mitted cats because they look too much like the breed’s Birman ancestors.

The Ragdoll’s calm demeanor makes it the perfect choice for families. These cats are almost dog like in their behavior, greeting family members at the door, following them through the house, and snuggling down beside them on the sofa. If you do not believe in de-clawing your cat, but are concerned about having your furniture ruined, you may want to consider this breed as well. Some Ragdoll owners say their cats have learned to use a scratching post instead of furniture arms to sharpen their claws much more quickly than their other cat breeds. Since these cats seem to make an effort to keep from scratching people, as well, they may be less prone to scratch furniture in the first place.

While this cat breed does not need the company of other pets and seems to prefer to spend time with family members over cats, it does not mind living with other cats. Perhaps this is because this breed is so much larger than other cats, but it is most likely because the Ragdoll is just so sweet natured.

Since the Ragdoll is a longhair cat, some prospective cat owners are a bit hesitant about choosing this breed. They are afraid they won’t have time for the frequent grooming most longhairs require. However, this breed’s silky coat texture makes it a very low care cat. Combing through your cat’s hair weekly to remove stray hairs or debris is all that is necessary to keep his coat looking fantastic. One thing you may want to keep in mind is that although most longhairs are prone to hairballs, these cats rarely develop them.

If you want a sweet tempered, family oriented cat, then the big Ragdoll may be the ideal breed for you.
