Entrepreneur and philanthropist Naveen Jain created award-winning Intelius, a leading online information company that provides clients with vital data they need for their personal protection and safety as well as that of their businesses and assets. The company has been cited and awarded by different organizations and publications for three consecutive years.
Created in 2003, Intelius ranked 127th on Deloitte and Touche’s 2008 list of Fastest Growing Tech Companies in North America. In 2007, it was named one of Washington’s top three Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal. That same year, the Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) 22nd Annual CODiE Awards named it a finalist in the Best Online Consumer Information Service Category for two consecutive years for its Background Check service.

At present, the company has gained around 10 million unique customers who use their services that include background checks, people search services, comprehensive employment screening services and an award-winning identity theft prevention product called IDWatch.

Before the said company, he started InfoSpace in March 1996 and once served as a senior executive at Microsoft Corporation.
Aside from being CEO of Intelius, Naveen Jain is currently involved in philanthropic activities and donates to local and international organizations focused on the protection of the welfare of children and family, education, entrepreneurship, and poverty eradication. He himself received several awards and honors, two of them being the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the prestigious Albert Einstein Technology Medal.
